It always feels like everything is under control, which is, after all, a big reason one hires someone to design/manage. She is patient when it comes to adjusting the specification of the project to fit within the budget and good at managing the whole process from start to finish including keeping the builders on track. The icing on the cake is that she is also clearly a very nice person and that makes working with her a genuine pleasure.
